The neighborhoods I work in are more than my place of business. They are communities that I live in, places where I cultivate relationships, spaces I enjoy, and areas I work to improve.

Agents Against Cancer

Having lost many family members to cancer, I founded Agents Against Cancer. It is an annual fundraiser with the goal of donating $1 million to the American Cancer Society.

The fundraiser’s mission is to contribute to the development of new and better cancer treatment options, help uncover disease-causing factors, and improve the quality of life for those affected by the illness.

Through the Agents Against Cancer initiative, I bring together industry professionals along with our participants to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.

Since its launch, Agents Against Cancer has raised more than $600,000 in support of the American Cancer Society in under three years.

This year, Agents Against Cancer brings together two unforgettable experiences in support of the American Cancer Society.

Join us in New Jersey for a 3-day golf retreat at Hidden Creek (Sept 17–19), followed by an extraordinary evening in Chicago at the Museum of Contemporary Art (Sept 23).

When you do what you love, you never work a day in your life.

Charitable Ties

I am involved in causes near and dear to my own heart, while also getting involved in causes my clients feel passionately about.

San Diego Food Bank

The San Diego Food Bank is the largest hunger-relief organization in San Diego County. Last year 45 million pounds of nutritious food was distributed to the community. The food bank serves an average of 400,000 people per month in San Diego County.

As co-chair of the 14th Annual San Diego Food Bank Gala for the second consecutive year, I helped lead the most successful event in its history, raising more than $1.5 million in support of the Food 4 Kids Backpack Program. This record-breaking achievement will provide thousands of backpacks filled with nutritious food to local elementary school children facing food insecurity and reflects Jennifer’s deep commitment to addressing hunger in San Diego.

The Food 4 Kids Backpack Program currently serves 3,700 – 4,000 elementary students each week, while also supporting free, healthy lunches at 19 San Diego Public Library locations.

Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce:

Through my real estate business, I have donated to this chamber to support the inspiring work it carries out on behalf of local businesses.

The second-largest chamber in San Diego County and the 10th-largest in California, this organization works to promote business in a way that balances prosperity with quality of life. The chamber offers member services, educational programs, cooperative partnerships, and legislative advocacy.

As a business owner in San Diego I value creating ties with other entrepreneurs that are mutually beneficial, and create a positive impact in the community.

Philanthropic Philosophy

Real estate has allowed me to build strong relationships while positively impacting the lives of my clients, as well as the communities I cherish. I value each friendship I’ve cultivated over more than a decade serving San Diego, and will continue to work in the best interests of my clients and community.
